If you are looking for a realtor in the DFW area, look no further! Phil is a fantastic realtor!!!!! From beginning to end, Phil was absolutely amazing! We were moving in from out of state, so we were nervous about finding the right house in the right area. Phil came highly recommended from the realtor we used in Virginia. Phil called and we chatted over the phone. He didn’t rush off, he didn’t make me feel like someone else was calling, he made certain I felt like I was the only client that mattered. He helped me put together our “wishlist” and then set us up with a daily listing report. When we flew in to look at houses, he called to make sure we landed ok. He blocked out time to show us around. He picked us up at the hotel, and we went right to work. He drove us from house to house, and was absolutely perfect. He pointed out the neighborhoods, things to look for, home values, and much more that I hadn’t even considered. When we finally settled down to a few different options, Phil researched schools in the area for our kids. He pointed out the distance to shopping areas, and closest entrances to the highways. You couldn’t ask for a more perfect experience. After we had everything settled and under contract, Phil didn’t stop!!!! He advocated for us every step of the way! When the seller didn’t want to follow through, Phil was on the phone immediately! When the roof was an issue, Phil was making sure that we were taken care of! He was on his anniversary trip, and still took time to call and make certain that we felt good and we were taken care of! After everything closed, and was settled, we had an issue with the HVAC, Phil jumped right in. He was helping us find HVAC technicians, he recommended plumbers. Phil even helped my wife figure out the best chemicals/fertilizers to use on the grass out front!!! I say all of that to say, Phil is amazing, as a realtor, an advocate, and a friend! Jaki was amazing!!! Jaki is very knowledgeable in all areas of the Dallas market and the surrounding communities. Buying a new home and relocating to another city can be a stressful experience.
